1. Contents of Service

3. Player betting Limits
3.1. A default deposit limit will be imposed on all transactions made by credit cards or any variation of debit. This will include a transaction limit, a daily limit and a monthly limit
3.2. Initial bets made may be subject to Maximum Bet Limits until play history can be verified. This condition is put in place to help reduce bonus abuse.
4. Player Login details

4.1. You are solely responsible for keeping your account number and password secure and secret. You shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse your account, access and/or use any materials or information from the Casino Web site, accept any prize, or Play at the Casino. You are solely responsible for any purchases and/or losses that may occur on your account.

5. Promotions
5.1. “Players” participating in our promotions and events must be 18 years of age or older.

6. Purchases and Deposits

9. Withdraw Requirements and Bonuses

9.1. If a withdrawal has been made, prior to the bonus being credited to the players account, then the bonus will be forfeited.

9.2. A bonus will only be credited to a players account once a deposit has been made and no withdrawal has been requested regardless of whether the withdrawal is still in pending or has been paid.

12.9. It is the responsibility of each Player to keep their personal Account Number/Login ID and Password confidential. 13. Suspension and cancellation of Accounts

13.1. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account for any reason whatsoever without notice to you. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of cancellation will be credited to your credit card, or sent via a check to the details you have provided us. We reserve the right, in our discretion, to void any winnings, and confiscate remaining balance, if any of the following conditions are met

14. Dormant Accounts

14.1. A Player's account(s) that have not been accessed for at least hundred-eighty-four (184) days are considered to be a dormant account(s).

14.2. The hundred-eight-four (184) day period is counted from the date the player last logged into his or her casino account. We will notify the account holder by e-mail once the account has been dormant for seventy-five (75) days, advising them that the casino account(s) will soon become dormant.

14.3. 15. Disputes

23. Refund & Cancellation Policy

(23.1. Players who make a deposit to the casino account are under no obligation to play any games unless the Player has received a bonus and then Wagering requirements will apply.
